RAO Coins uses the following shipping methods to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.

Shipping Method

Domestic delivery: We will select the most suitable delivery company such as Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
International shipping: We use secure international shipping services such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Relative transactions: We will deliver directly to you.

Shipping charges

Domestic delivery: 2,000 yen (tax included) + insurance (varies by delivery company)
International shipping: Depends on the destination country/region, and will be calculated at the time of order.
Relative transactions: 50,000 yen business trip fee

Shipping Timing

We will ship within 5 business days after the payment is completed.
If you wish to have your order delivered via a negotiated transaction, we will consult with you to determine the date, time, and other details.

Shipping Notes

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or delivery company conditions.
In the case of overseas shipments, customs duties and customs clearance fees may be incurred, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
You can check the delivery status with the tracking number provided after shipment.
