Purchase Guide

At RAO Coins, you can make your purchase safely and smoothly by following the process below.

(1) Select "First Consultation" or "I want to buy".

If you are interested in purchasing antique coins, please select either "First consult" or "I want to purchase" in the [Inquiry Form] section.

(2) Confirmation of prospective purchasers

Fill out the purchase request form.

Name, address (if you wish to have it sent), telephone (We will not call you without your permission.), e-mail address, etc.

After confirming the purchase request form, we will make a final confirmation to the seller and contact you again.

*Please be assured that the seller will not disclose any information about prospective buyers.

(iii) Payment procedures

(4) Shipping of goods

After payment is confirmed, we will begin shipping the product.
Depending on the payment method, coins will be delivered directly to the customer.

*If we deliver in person, we will charge 50,000 yen as a business trip fee. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some isolated islands. We do not ship coins outside of Japan.

5) Returns and Cancellation

We do not accept any returns or cancellations for customer reasons.
If you receive damaged or different items from your order, after receiving themwithin 3 daysto contact us for more information.
However, if there is a problem with the product, we may accept returns in accordance with our policy.
