Delivery methods and shipping costs

RAO Coins uses the following shipping methods to ensure that your order is delivered safely and quickly.

■ Shipping method.

Domestic delivery: We will select the most suitable delivery company, such as Sagawa Express/Japan Post.
International shipping: Secure international shipping services such as EMS, DHL and FedEx are used.
Relative transactions: we will deliver directly to you.

■ Shipping costs

Domestic delivery: flat rate ¥2,000 (incl. tax) + insurance (varies per delivery company).
International delivery: depends on the destination country/region and is calculated at the time of order.
Relative transactions: 50,000 yen travel fee.

■ Timing of dispatch.

The goods will be dispatched within five working days after payment has been received.
If you wish to have a delivery through a relative transaction, the date, time and other details will be decided after consultation.

■ Delivery notes.

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic or delivery company conditions.
In the case of overseas deliveries, customs duties and clearance fees may be incurred, which are to be borne by the customer.
The delivery status can be checked via the tracking number provided after dispatch.
