RAO Coins offers a safe and smooth purchase experience by following the process below.

(i) Select "First consult" or "I want to buy".

If you wish to purchase an antique coin, please select either 'Consult first' or 'I want to buy' in the [Inquiry form] section.

(ii) Identification of potential purchasers.

Name, address (if you wish to send it), telephone (We will not call you without your permission), email address, etc.

(iii) Payment procedures.

• Negotiable (where possible, all payment methods will be accommodated).

(iv) Shipping of goods.

• After payment has been confirmed, the delivery of the goods will begin.
• Depending on the payment method, coins are delivered directly to the customer.

5) Returns and cancellations

• We do not accept any returns or cancellations for customer reasons.
• If you receive damaged or different goods from your order, after receiving themwithin 3 daysPlease contact.
• However, if there is a problem with the goods, returns may be accepted in accordance with our policy.
